Woodland Ridge, Commerce Township, MI

Windham worked closely with Commerce Township on the development of 52 single family homesites. The subdivision was designed with an 18.44 acre park in the center of the development. The development has many natural features associated with the overall design. Sold to Hometowne Building Company.
