How does our program work?
Eastman Capital purchases your model homes at a fair price, returning your equity to
you to put to better use. We lease the models back to you for a minimum of 12 months,
with most lease terms ranging from 12 to 36 months. When you no longer need the models
you return them to saleable condition, and sell them for us. We then share equally in
the profit above the minimum agreed upon sales price.
